Same-Day Edits?
We don't advertise same-day video edits, however, upon special request we do offer these services for couples who ask.
Completion Time?
It's safe to say that we are able to complete your wedding photos or videos within a month. If we believe it would take more then a month, we would let you know in our first meeting.
Travel Fee?
Seize The Moment is based out of the Waterloo Region. Any weddings outside we only charge $100
Do You Shoot 4k?
Yes! We do shoot in 4k so you and your loved ones can enjoy your memories in 4k cinematic video.
We Have A Budget, Can You Help Us?
Having a wedding budget for your vendors is what we recommend. At the end of the day, we do this for the love of our couples. We understand every couple comes with a unique situation and we want to help in any way possible! If there's a package you love but don't have the budget for it, no worries. Please, contact us with the details of your ideal budget as well as the video package, and let's see if we can work together happy to work something out to help you create your dream wedding!
Payment Structure?
After our discussion about the details of your wedding day. If you choose to book with us we ask or couples to deposit 50% within a week of signing the contract and the remainder 50% two weeks prior to your wedding day.
Do We Get Our Deposits Back?
There are no refunds on deposits. We ask for deposits because we are fully dedicated to our couples. After the deposit payment, we plan as much as we can for your wedding date. This also means your wedding day is secured from other potential couples who wish to book with us and have the same wedding day are yous.
Do You Keep Back-Ups?
We keep your wedding content for a least a year and if storage space allows us we keep it as long as we can. We work with high-quality equipment that produces a large amount of space.
What If Something Happens To Our Lead Videographer?
This is a question we get asked often, and rightfully so. You've spent hours planning for the wedding you've been dreaming of, the last thing that you should worry about is if your vendors will show up or end up being sick. Let's take a breath. This situation has never happened to us, however, if for some unfortunate event were to happen and your main videographer can not make it, we do have backup team members who are capable of filling in if it has come to that. Ensuring the same level of quality and care.
